Unfortunately, we do not offer individual sign-ups. We require a minimum of 14 participants per booking for each session.
Participants do not need to bring or prepare anything in advance for our sessions. Prior to any session, we survey the participants to determine their levels of knowledge and adjust accordingly.
First, we conduct a Needs Assessment to identify current levels of understanding and the corresponding knowledge gaps within your business. Following this, we employ weekly design and development sprint cycles to create the program structure and content. This content is then delivered either via facilitated workshops, digital applications or a blended experience of both to the intended audiences. Finally, post-session feedback metrics are used to inform any iterations to ensure the content stays relevant and fresh throughout the duration of the program.
Post-session participants are provided access to Decoded alumni resources for continued learning, including links to all sites, videos, digital tools, and books referenced throughout the day.
We conduct pre- and (immediate) post-session feedback surveys with all participants allowing us to capture data to measure how well they comprehend the sessions and subject matter. To further track the progress of participants and their change in mindset we undertake check-in interviews and send another survey 30, 60 and 90 days post session.
Our pricing is consistent with industry benchmarks for both online and in-person training. For in-person training, we account for the cost of program design and execution, while pricing for online training is linked to the cost of annual licensing.
