Democratise data skills and create data champions to unlock value throughout your organisation
A successful shift to a data-driven culture means no longer relying on siloed teams of data experts.
The Decoded Data Champion apprenticeship programme has been designed specifically for employees who consume, process, read or analyse data regularly. These typically sit across every business function including Finance, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Operations and People/HR.
For learners in England, the programme is aligned to the Data Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard and can be funded through your organisation's Apprenticeship Levy.
#1 Tech Integration: We seamlessly integrate our program within your existing IT infrastructure.
#2 Live data: We embed your real-life, live company data into the learning journey, enabling learners to apply their new skills to real-world business challenges.
#3 Real-world projects: We coach learners to apply their skills to live projects in your business which senior leadership have identified as being of strategic importance.
#4 Mentorship: Fusing deep technical knowledge and heightened commercial awareness; our data scientist mentors guide learners on how to apply their new skills to business projects in real-time.
How many employees in your business regularly work with data on a daily or weekly basis, but lack the skills needed to really dive in, understand and find meaningful insights in the data?
Our admissions process identifies, recruits and fast-tracks your regular data users and equips them with next-level data skills.
Designed by our product team in New York and London in partnership with our clients.
