As we celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2026, we are proud to open a new chapter in the Decoded story with the launch of the Decoded Alumni Network. This is more than a network. It’s a place designed specifically for Decoded apprenticeship graduates, shaped by what our learners have told us they value most after completing their programme.
A growing number of ambitious Decoded apprentices have already expressed interest in joining a post-graduation community. That feedback was clear. People want to keep learning, keep sharing, and keep the relationships and confidence they built during their apprenticeship. The Alumni Network will deliver on that.
Skills for Life – The Decoded Legacy is the foundational principle of the Alumni Network. Its purpose is to bridge the gap between educational achievement and industry leadership. We have seen our graduates grow into confident, data-driven professionals, and this network is designed to ensure that progress continues long after the programme ends.
Decoded graduates are already applying their skills to influence decisions, improve performance and lead change in their organisations. The Alumni Network supports that next stage, helping you stay connected to peers who understand your journey and share a commitment to building practical capability that lasts.

Richard Peters, CEO of Decoded, announced the launch of the Alumni Network during the Leadership Q&A session held as part of National Apprenticeship Week on 13th February.
In his remarks, Richard emphasised that the network reflects Decoded’s long-term commitment to its graduates. It is designed to champion continued growth, recognise the impact alumni are already making across teams and sectors, and ensure that the connection to Decoded does not end at graduation.
The Alumni Network represents the next stage in our shared journey, strengthening the community that has been built through apprenticeships and supporting the practical application of skills long after programmes conclude.
The launch is just the beginning. From March onwards, alumni can expect regular newsletters and the continued rollout of the Alumni programme, including new ways to connect with the Decoded communities.
We are also exploring alumni events, with further information to be shared in the coming months.
