Decoded’s open cohorts bring together individuals and small groups to learn alongside peers from a range of industries, following structured, scheduled apprenticeship programmes designed to build practical skills that can be applied immediately at work.
Delivered live by Decoded’s expert facilitators, open cohorts combine real-world application with collaborative learning. Participants benefit from shared discussion, diverse perspectives and a supportive learning environment, while still working within clear boundaries that protect confidential and sensitive information.
