About the Session

In this workshop, we discuss the impact of storytelling with data and identify the characteristics of a good narrative. Learners will deepen their understanding of data visualisation concepts by exploring the differences between effective and ineffective, static and interactive, and quantitative vs qualitative data visualisations. We end the workshop by discussing the ethical issues that could arise from data storytelling at scale.
