Last month, Decoded hosted its annual Learner Celebration event, celebrating the exceptional achievements of our apprenticeship graduates and monthly award winners.
Held at WeWork Devonshire Square, this inspiring event highlighted the dedication, growth, and talent of learners in our Level 3 Data Champion, Level 4 Digital Product Manager and Level 4 Data Analyst programmes.
The event brought together learners, mentors, and Decoded team members for an afternoon of recognition, reflection, and knowledge sharing. With both in-person and virtual participation, it highlighted the transformative power of data and digital education.
Throughout the year, our Learner Success Coaches have the opportunity to nominate learners who show exceptional commitment to their programs. The winners, representing the top 1-2% of our learners, along with our 2024 apprenticeship graduates, were invited to the Award of Excellence celebration to share their journeys and accomplishments.

Inspiring opening remarks from CEO Richard Peters.
Learner-led case studies, showcasing how their newly acquired skills have driven real-world impact in their organisations.
Knowledge-sharing opportunities, including a one-hour Demystifying AI immersion led by Product Director Sophie McMurray.
The afternoon highlighted the incredible talent within Decoded’s apprenticeship programmes. Learners have demonstrated remarkable dedication and creativity as they tackled real-world data challenges and mastered cutting-edge digital skills. “Think ahead about how to integrate your skills, share knowledge with peers, and practice what you learn until it feels natural,” reflected one award recipient. This insight captures the transformative journey of apprenticeships- not just in mastering technical expertise, but also in fostering collaboration, confidence, and innovation. With 100% of Level 3 graduates achieving Distinction or Merit and 87% of Level 4 learners attaining the same high standards, the results reflect the commitment and hard work of both the learners and their mentors.
Behind every learner’s success is a dedicated team supporting them. Senior Learner Success Coaches Robbie Galvani and Adam Vidler also shared their reflections as part of the event.
“One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is witnessing the transformation of our learners from day one to the moment they present their case studies,” said Adam Vidler. Robbie added, “Each case study at the event was a reminder of the profound impact of digital education – not just on individual careers, but also on the broader industry.”
The case studies presented during the event showcased the practical applications of apprenticeship skills, from data analysis to leadership and problem-solving, driving tangible changes in workplaces.

Our Learner Celebration not only recognised individual accomplishments but also reaffirmed our mission to provide high-quality training that empowers learners to succeed in the ever-evolving world of data and technology.
