At Decoded, we pride ourselves on offering teacher-led, live learning experiences. Our expert trainers and coaches engage directly with learners, ensuring that the material is not just theoretical but immediately applicable to real-world scenarios. We know that live learning offers invaluable opportunities for interaction, discussion, and hands-on practice, which is why we ensure all of our apprenticeship programmes are delivered in this way.
One of our proudest achievements is our impressive success rate. Decoded apprenticeships have a 100% pass rate, a testament to the quality of the learning experiences we offer. What makes this even more remarkable is the high number of learners achieving Distinctions in their assessments.

A small caseload means that our apprentices receive individualised guidance, allowing our coaches to provide more focused support to each learner. This personalised approach ensures that learners have the resources they need to succeed, no matter their background or previous experience.
We understand that every learner has different circumstances, which is why we adapt our support to fit their individual needs. Whether it’s adjusting to a busy work schedule or offering extra assistance on challenging topics, we provide the right level of support at the right time. We’re delighted that learners like Alison Joel, Business Execution Team Vendor Manager from Citi Bank, have praised the quality of support they’ve received, and stated that it has been instrumental in applying new skills to their roles and driving business impact.
We are proud to have been rated Ofsted Good (2022), which is a reflection of the high standards of teaching and learner outcomes that we consistently deliver.
