Open and Closed Cohorts:

At Decoded, we offer both open and closed cohorts for our programmes. If you’re interested in joining one of our apprenticeship programmes, please speak to your line manager or organisation. Closed cohorts are specifically designed for groups of individuals from the same company who want to start the programme together. On the other hand, open cohorts have no minimum number requirement from a single organisation, allowing individuals from different companies to participate together.

Programme Availability:

Decoded offers open cohorts approximately four times a year, depending on demand. These cohorts generally follow the academic timetable, aligning with spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
