“What inspired me to take on the apprenticeship was the desire to stay relevant in my field. Developing new skills was essential for my career, especially in such an ever-changing industry.

As I reached the end of the programme, I was incredibly proud of my portfolio and the project I completed. It was the result of two years of hard work, and I felt immense pride in what I’d achieved.

Though it was challenging at times, I genuinely enjoyed the journey. I received amazing support from my coach, Megan, who guided me through each step. Her encouragement made a huge difference.

When I first joined, I hoped the programme would enhance my career, and it certainly has! I’m eager to see where this leads me and feel very optimistic about what the future holds.

This apprenticeship has opened up new opportunities, and I’m excited to continue growing in my career.”
