For Natalia, completing her GenAI Champion apprenticeship has marked a significant career transition, moving from over a decade in HR and Talent Acquisition into the world of Data and AI.

Through the programme, Natalie developed a strong understanding of Generative AI and its responsible use, gaining the confidence to apply AI principles in practical ways within her role. By bringing a data-driven and governance-focused perspective to her work, she has already begun influencing decision-making and responsible practices across teams.

Workshops and cross-functional collaboration played a key role in her development, helping her build confidence in discussing complex topics and working across departments and seniority levels.

Now stepping into her new role as an AI Governance Support Analyst at AXA, Natalie plans to focus on supporting organisations in implementing ethical AI governance, ensuring transparency, fairness and safety. She credits the apprenticeship with providing the strong foundation needed to take this next step.
