Decoded’s next open apprenticeship cohorts are now enrolling, giving individuals and small groups a flexible way to build practical skills in AI, data and digital without waiting for a full internal cohort.
If you’re exploring apprenticeships, looking to make better use of your levy funding, or ready to upskill staff without adding pressure to your L&D budget, Decoded’s open cohorts offer a practical way to get started.
Open cohorts bring together learners from different organisations to follow structured, scheduled apprenticeship programmes, delivered live by Decoded’s expert facilitators. Learners build skills they can apply immediately at work, while benefiting from peer discussion, shared perspectives and a supportive learning environment.

For many organisations, the challenge is not ambition. It is momentum.
You may not have enough learners ready for a full internal cohort. You may be waiting for the next budget cycle. Or you may have individuals who are ready to start now.
Open cohorts remove that friction.
They give learners access to high-quality apprenticeship training on scheduled dates, while allowing organisations to build capability at a pace that reflects real workforce needs.
AI and data skills are not developed in isolation. They grow through practice, discussion and exposure to different ways of thinking.
In an open cohort, learners work alongside peers from a range of industries and organisations. This creates space for shared problem-solving, richer discussion and greater confidence in applying new skills back at work.
Confidential and sensitive information remains protected, but learners still benefit from diverse perspectives and practical challenge.
If your organisation contributes to the Apprenticeship Levy, open cohorts provide a flexible route to upskill individuals or small groups without waiting for a larger internal programme.
It is a practical way to turn available funding into capability, productivity and progression.
The organisations moving fastest in AI and data are not waiting for the perfect moment. They are building skills now.
